Spiritual guidance should be used as guidance and should not be used to make life altering decisions.

Examples of this would be: Leaving a relationship, selling your home or anything that could have a detrimental affect on your well-being.

**Our readers would never foretell the death of a loved one or give bad news. We work in a positive way giving you the tools needed to live your best life.**

Unable to attend

We ask that if you are unable to attend your booked appointment, that you let us know before 24 hours of your appointment, in line with our cancellation policy. This is so we can offer the space to someone else. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.  Details of how to cancel your appointment will be in your confirmation booking email.

Late arrivals

Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your reading we may have to reschedule your appointment due to the knock on effect on the readings for the rest of the day.  

Please call us as soon as possible if you are running late due to unexpected circumstances.

Unable to understand your reading

We hope you enjoy your experience at the Soul Man, on the rare occasion you cannot understand your reading please share with the reader quickly who will stop your reading and our front of house team will try to provide another reader or reschedule your appointment.

Recording your reading

As our reading tables are set up in an open space, we ask that no recording devices are used during the readings. This is because you may pick up someone else’s reading during the recording.

We do allow recording in the private readings done in our private rooms, and Zoom sessions.

We would ask you kindly to inform the reader before you record in your private session.
