We can’t always be in control of things that happen in our lives, but we can be in control of our breathing. Awareness of breath is one of the most fundamental parts of Meditation and is a great way to induce calm to our mind, body and soul.
During this class, Steven will take you on a journey to bring awareness to your breath and each area of your body, transporting you away from your worries of the past or of the future, into the quite of the present moment.

Have you ever had a sign from the spirit world? Like coming across the sudden smell of your loved one’s perfume when you think of them? Seeing a feather when you needed hope? Hearing exactly what you needed from a loved one in a dream?
You may be more connected to the spirit world than you think!
This class is for anyone looking to develop their connection with spirit. Steven teaches his mediumship techniques to help you open up and practice receiving messages from spirit in a safe and supportive environment.

Similar to our Spirit Development Class, Steven teaches techniques to help you open up and practice receiving messages from spirit, for anyone who can’t attend in-person.
This class offers the opportunity for you to explore and enhance your own mediumship abilities in the relaxed environment of your own home.
Never underestimate the power of connection - this class confirms that connecting to spirit doesn’t require your physical presence.

The Spirit Gathering
Learn how to connect with spirit like never before! This class will begin with the ancient rites of a cacao ceremony which opens the heart center to encounters with the unseen world.
Steven will lead you on a mystical meditation to elevate your perceptions, facilitating a profound and extended communion with the spiritual realms, within a focused circle of likeminded people.
This class is a step up from our Spirit Development Class.

This class offers the opportunity for you to develop a sense of empowerment, clarity and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
In a safe environment, you will practice setting intentions, craft meaningful talisman (which you can take home with you), draw oracle cards, engage in journaling activities and participate in a powerful guided meditation lead by Steven.
This class is welcome to everyone - people will be encouraged to share their stories, insights and aspirations, fostering a sense of community and mutual support.
Saturdays - Monthly 12:00pm - 2:00pm in our HubReiki Share
Reiki Share is a space for sharing knowledge, experience and individual lineages which can enhance our Reiki practice.
Starting our Reiki share with a heart-connecting cacao ceremony. We will then practice Shoyo Ho and get back to the Japanese origins of Reiki. Afterwards, we will exchange Reiki energy through seated and lying down sessions among participants.
Please note that this gathering is exclusively for Reiki practitioners.

Once a month, our shop turns into a cosy theatre-style venue where we honour mediumship at our spiritual hub. These afternoons, reminiscent of a public mediumship show, offer a welcoming environment to interact with our guest medium, observe their demonstrations and hear their insights,
We offer can tea, coffee, and light refreshments during a brief break, and there will be the opportunity to ask our guest Medium questions.
These popular and exclusive events will accommodate only 20 people.
