What happens after you die?
It's a question nobody really knows, even with my vast experience working with the spirit world, I'm not actually there yet so all I can rely on is the information that has been shared during many communications with those who have made the journey.
As a medium I talk about energy all of the time.
My energy and how vital it is that I am coming from a place of alignment. If I am not my best self energetically then I cannot connect the way I need to.
The energy of the person having a reading. They must be feeling good and in a nice receptive state emotionally so they have the best possible communication.
The energy of the Spirit communicator. If they are tired, wiped out after a difficult passing it may be more difficult to connect.
But what actually is Energy? And why is that term flung about so much without understanding what it actually is? I hear so many people saying oh she has a nice energy, my energy is flat today etc etc im sure you have heard it all.
Energy can mean various things:
In physics, energy is a property of matter and space. It can be transferred between objects. It can be converted in its form. It cannot be created or destroyed.
In economics it may mean the ‘energy industry’, as in fuel or electric power distribution.
Energy can be used to heat, move or illuminate.
In everyday use, the word is used to describe someone acting or speaking in a lively and vigorous way.

So in simple terms of Physics we are a property of matter and space, Our physical bodies are made up to 99% of six elements, Oxygen,hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, carbon, phosphorus made into 7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (7 octillion) Atoms all vibrating to between space to give the appearance of physical form.
And as above according to the laws of Thermodynamics which is the study of the relationships between all forms of energy. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. Therefore when our physical body dies the energy that makes us just changes form, love, memory and everything that makes you. You don't just cease to exist and physics proves this with Thermodynamics. We are not dead after physical death only the Elements die, the energy between the elements, the Soul, is just a little less orderly.
I am a Medium but also a scientist, a philosopher here to help people understand my work through proof and evidence, both from my perception of what Spirit gives me and through the science of energy.
Now for the good bit…. What actually happens when we die? The answer I've found through the experience of the energy of the people who have communicated beyond physical death is that at the moment of death there is a feeling of magnetism that draws the awareness upwards. They all report moving up and feeling an intense sense of love and awareness of everything.
Then they find themselves in a waiting space where they review their life, the decisions they made here and grow and learn through this process. Then they reunite with their loved ones, now it may surprise you to know that although many people experience the feelings of loved ones around their deathbeds I haven't heard many say they simply walk off with them until they have done their life review, which makes complete sense to me. That's like getting off the greatest roller coaster or plane journey and not passing by the turnstiles.
Does Hell and heaven exist? I believe that the perception of Hell is that of a lower vibration a place where people go who cannot review life because of despicable acts and no intention of ever changing. They can move past this and ascend to higher planes of existence should they choose to review. Heaven is a place where people can live their existence on - continuously learning and helping, intimately connected to all of the universe. And what about God? I can't answer this but it amazes me the amount of religious people who have passed that report they have met God, Allah, etc, as well as seeing and being with highly evolved beings.
So to summarise we will never really know till we go ourselves but from my perception as a medium and as a novice physicist (really novice), we cannot die for the life of us, and what happens after we die is individual to everyone based on how they live their life. The most important part for me though is love and kindness. If we are loving and kind it's so much easier to move to a place of peace and understanding when we have less work to do to review our life decisions.
What I do know is that all of my decisions to be a good person are a natural way of living, to treat people with kindness and compassion is easy and it means I need to do less work when it's my time to join my Soul group on the higher side of life.
